Working Times

The Marketplace is open Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9am-5pm. Shops in the market are to be here and have their shop open during all business hours.

The building is open to our shops on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8am-4pm allowing you time to work on your shop.

Shop Requirements

When a shop becomes available, we fill the space according to product. We are always looking for merchandise that is unique and different from what is already here.

A new shop signs a 6 month lease.

Upon signing a lease agreement, the shop owner must provide a deposit of $345 per space along with their first month's rent. The deposit will be held for the term of the lease and will be applied to the lessee's last month's rent upon departure.

30 days written notice is required if and when a shop chooses to move out.

Shop Amenities

Electric and phone services are available. There is a one time fee of $100 per electric drop. Landline phone services can be obtained by AT&T or Spectrum. Shops are responsible for their own monthly phone bill.

Space rental is based on 10 ft x 10 ft area and the booth type.
